Dariae Model Agency was founded in 2010 by Zara Mitchell, a former top model who saw a gap in Dubai's fashion industry. While the city was bursting with raw, diverse talent, the agencies at the time weren't reflecting that energy. Zara set out to build something different — an agency that celebrates authenticity, urban culture, and the bold spirit of Dubai.
What started as a small operation in a Queen West loft has grown into one of UAE's most respected model and talent agencies. Today, we represent over 200 active models across fashion, commercial, editorial, runway, film, and digital categories.
Our philosophy is simple: real people, real stories, real impact. We don't mold talent into something they're not — we amplify who they already are.
